CMI were commissioned by Welsh Government to conduct a Project evaluation of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme in Wales.
The evaluation includes the assessment of two elements: the KTP in Wales (April 2007 to March 2011); and, an interim evaluation of shorter KTP (sKTP) in Wales (January 2009 to March 2011). CMI’s evaluation focuses on providing Welsh Government and its partners with a detailed assessment of the net economic impacts and wider benefits from projects in Wales, as well as a review of lessons and implications for future activity and funding needs. The evaluation is compliant with HMT Greenbook and BIS evaluation framework methodologies. This analysis will be supported by a review of the management and operating model employed, as well as the strategic and operational fit of the project.
